Sigdo Koppers S.A. is one of the main conglomerates in Chile , present in the Services, Industrial, Commercial and Automobile sectors through its more than 40 subsidiaries and affiliates which are leaders in their respective industries.

Founded in 1960, it has operations in Chile , Argentina , Peru and Mexico and its products are exported to North and South America, Europe and Asian-Pacific countries.

As of December 2007, Sigdo Koppers' Total Sales amounted to US$1,916 million, which is a 26% growth with respect to 2006. The consolidated assets, in turn, amount to US$1,756 million.
