Sigdo Koppers S.A., through SK Inversiones Automotrices, owns 40% of the property of Astara Latam, whose controller is the Spanish group Bergé. Astara Latam participates in the vehicle representation, commercialization and distribution business in Latin America. Currently, it has a presence in Chile, Peru, Argentina, Bolivia and Colombia.
