FOCUS OF ACTION
Sigdo Koppers seeks to generate shared value with all its stakeholders, towards whom all the company’s activities are aligned. With this objective, interest groups are identified and relationship focuses are determined. During 2023, the company worked together with its subsidiaries to define common management goals and indicators that will be implemented from 2024, with the following transversal guidelines for the group.
- Collaborators: organizational climate, talent and succession, gender equality, zero accident rate
- Customers: satisfaction surveys, SK Group synergies
- Investors and Shareholders: Timely information, program of visits to subsidiary facilities
- Suppliers: incorporation of ESG criteria in selection and evaluation, payment acceleration policies for SMEs
- Communities: updating the map of subsidiaries' communities, establishing a relationship strategy, perception study, program of visits to facilities, impact indicator in the Dual Technical Education program
- Authorities and Unions: permanent update of the regulatory framework, union connection map

CHILE DUAL IN 2023
Through the different lines of action of the Chile Dual Educational Foundation, we support 5,800 students, 1,142 teachers and 214 technical-professional high schools in the country (23% of the national total)
