Founded in 1960, Sigdo Koppers is one of the most dynamic and important Chilean business groups, specialized in providing products and services for mining and industry. With a long-term investment approach, and a recognized history of seriousness, innovation, and competence, it has achieved sustained growth in turnover, due to its ability to identify new investment opportunities, leveraging its industrial, technological, and commercial skills. With operations on five continents, its activities are organized into three business areas. In the Services Area, industrial construction and assembly, and transport and logistics companies are grouped; in the Industrial Area, the businesses of rock fragmentation, and production and commercialization of grinding balls and wear parts; and in the Commercial and Automotive Area, companies of representation, distribution and rental of machinery, and commercialization of automobiles. The Group is strongly committed to sustainable and innovative development in the businesses it conducts, as well as to the quality of the products and services it delivers.

What we do
Through its subsidiary companies, Sigdo Koppers is present and actively participates in the main stages of the mining and industrial value chain. Approximately, 75% of the SK consolidated EBITDA comes from its exposure to mining.
